1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to join our growing team! As part of the Residential Web & Ecommerce department, you'll be the go-to expert on web analytics and digital media metrics, focused on visualizing the impact of product features, marketing content, and campaigns. We're seeking a critical thinker who thrives on data exploration and translating insights into action. With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, you'll use best-in-class tools to help 1-800-GOT-JUNK? improve its online customer experience and support the brand's rapid online growth.

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  1. Lead the adoption and ensure analytics coverage of GA4 across all web assets, including desktop, mobile, and future digital channels.
  2. Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), including server-side tagging, pixel management, auditing, and event tracking.
  3. Collaborate with SEO, PPC, Streaming TV, Radio, OOH, email, web experience, and content teams to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
  4. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis using heuristic analysis, web analytics data, heatmaps, session recordings, and on-page surveys to enhance customer online experience.
  5. Develop reports and dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau to answer key business questions.
  6. Support digital channel analytics, including channel attribution and media mix analysis, to understand customer online behavior.
  7. Conduct A/B testing and causal impact analysis to identify opportunities.
  8. Analyze website user journeys to improve UX.
  9. Create and execute an analytics roadmap for web opportunities.
  10. Present analysis and results to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital or Digital Marketing Analyst focusing on Website analytics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Marketing, Math, or similar.
  • Understanding of digital marketing practices.
  • Experience with Universal Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics/Launch.
  • GA4 knowledge and experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and dashboard/report building.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery.
  • Experience with digital marketing tagging structures, Excel/Google Sheets, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Certifications in GA4, GTM, or Tableau are advantageous.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum

Actual salary will depend on education, experience, and internal equity. We offer:
