1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to join our team! As part of the Residential Web & Ecommerce department, you will be the expert in web analytics and digital media metrics, focusing on visualizing the impact of product features, marketing content, and campaigns. We are looking for a critical thinker who excels in data exploration and translating insights into actionable strategies. With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of eCommerce, you will utilize top-tier tools to enhance our online customer experience and support our rapid digital growth.

Work Location & Schedule

Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

  • Lead the adoption of GA4, Google’s updated web analytics platform, ensuring comprehensive analytics coverage across all web assets, including desktop, mobile, and future digital channels.
  • Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) within server-side tagging, pixel management, auditing, and event tracking implementation.
  • Collaborate with SEO, PPC, Streaming TV, Radio, OOH, email, web experience, and content teams to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using heuristic methods, web analytics data, heatmaps, session recordings, and on-page surveys to improve the online customer experience.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and answer key business questions using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Support digital channel analytics, including channel attribution and media mix modeling, to understand customer online behavior.
  • Perform A/B testing analysis and causal impact assessments to identify opportunities.
  • Analyze website user journeys to enhance UX and engagement.
  • Create and execute an analytics roadmap to identify web analytic opportunities.
  • Present analysis and insights to leadership through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Requirements include 3+ years of experience in digital/web analytics, a degree in relevant fields, and proficiency with analytics tools and programming languages.
Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our Total Compensation Package includes profit sharing, bonuses, health benefits, paid time off, hybrid work, professional development, wellness programs, and more.
