As part of the Residential Web & Ecommerce department, you'll be the go-to expert on web analytics and digital media metrics, focused on visualizing the impact of product features, marketing content, and campaigns. HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Lead the adoption and ensure analytics coverage of GA4, Google’s updated web analytics platform, across all web assets including desktop, mobile, and future digital channels.
- Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) within server-side tagging settings, oversee pixel management, auditing, and event tracking implementation.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for SEO, PPC, Streaming TV, Radio, OOH, email, web experience, and content to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using heuristic analysis, web analytics data, heatmaps, session recordings, and on-page surveys to enhance customer online experience.
- Create reports and dashboards to answer key business questions using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau.
- Support digital channel analytics, including channel attribution and media mix analysis, to understand customer online behaviors.
- Perform A/B testing and causal impact analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze website user journeys to understand engagement and identify UX enhancements.
- Develop and execute an analytics roadmap for web opportunities.
- Present analysis and insights to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3+ years of experience as a Digital or Marketing Analyst focusing on website analytics.
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Marketing, Math, or related field.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing practices and analytics tools such as Universal Analytics, Google Analytics, GTM, Adobe Analytics/Launch, and GA4.
- Experience with SQL, dashboard creation, and reporting.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with BigQuery, digital marketing tagging structures, Excel/Google Sheets, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Certifications in GA4, GTM, or Tableau are advantageous.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
