AntiSocial in Toronto is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead client services and drive new business for direct-to-brand campaigns. You will be the voice of the client within the agency and ensure their goals are reflected in content creation.

Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while growing the account and maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management and sales experience at a digital agency.
• Strong knowledge and passion for social and digital marketing.
• Experience with pitching and selling ideas to clients and presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring campaign goals are met and requirements reflected in content creation.
• Oversee multiple campaigns, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and flag risks or opportunities.
• Build relationships with key contacts via email, calls, and meetings, identifying new business opportunities at every stage.
