Job summary
Flextrack is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer – AI Automation to accelerate our software development and implementation lifecycle through automation, AI, and modern DevOps practices. This hands-on role partners with Engineering, QA, Product, and Implementation teams to reduce bottlenecks and raise delivery velocity.

Qualifications
- Experience across DevOps, Platform Eng, SRE or Cloud Eng.
- Strong SDLC understanding.
- Experience CI/CD pipelines & deployment automation.
Responsibilities
- Assess and optimize software development, testing, implementation, and deployment workflows
- Design, build, and maintain automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent agents throughout the software development lifecycle
- Build and integrate AI-powered workflows into testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes
- Automate repetitive engineering and implementation activities to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery
- Improve CI/CD processes and help increase release velocity while maintaining quality and reliability
- Partner with Development, QA, Product, BA, and Implementation teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities
- Define and execute a roadmap for DevOps, automation, and AI-enabled process improvements
- Establish appropriate governance and human-in-the-loop controls for automated processes
- Monitor the performance, effectiveness, and adoption of automation solutions in production
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and influence stakeholders across multiple teams without direct authority
