Google's Developer Relations team is seeking a Senior Developer Relations Engineer, AI Data Cloud. This role is eligible for candidates based in Toronto, ON, Canada, as well as Sunnyvale CA, Cambridge MA, New York NY, Seattle WA, and San Francisco CA.
In Developer Relations, we collaborate and connect with the communities that love technology as much as we do. Part community manager and part developer advocate, Developer Relations Engineers collaborate with developers at conferences and online, and advocate for developers' interests internally at Google. You write sample code and client libraries, participate in developer forums and support queues to troubleshoot coding problems, and work with product engineering teams to improve products by conveying developer feedback, reviewing API designs, and testing new features.
Our team creates the magic that enables builder and developer awareness and adoption of the Data and Analytics platform in Google Cloud. Our core mission is to enable successful adoption and implementation of data in users' infrastructure and applications — through content like blogs and videos, and working with product and engineering on how to make products better.
Canada: $170,000 – $174,000 CAD + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 5 years technical experience; 2 years experience with data engineering concepts and frameworks; 1 year experience with AI and Agentic frameworks such as MCP
