Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in planning, procurement, or supply chain roles in manufacturing or distribution.
  • APICS certification or training preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Execute material requirements planning (MRP) and manage purchase/work orders.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
  • Expedite materials and resolve supply issues to avoid production delays.
  • Maintain planning parameters (safety stock, MOQ, lead times) in ERP.
  • Communicate production schedules to internal teams.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and load data into planning systems.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for new product launches and obsolescence planning.
  • Generate shortage reports, supplier schedules, and KPIs (OTS, inventory levels).
