Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager to lead project delivery for financial services clients, overseeing multiple Scrum teams and ensuring successful outcomes across agile and waterfall engagements.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, managing delivery schedules, and guiding teams in leveraging AI. A strong background in capital markets, cloud experience, and 6+ years in delivery management is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience in Project Management/Delivery Management
• Experience in Capital Markets and knowledge of trade life cycle of at least one financial product
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, building teams from scratch
• Agile mindset with ability to adapt to waterfall engagements
• Basic Artificial Intelligence knowledge is required
• Cloud experience is a must
• Capable of working in the client's office with cadence alignment

Responsibilities

• Provide service to clients in the financial sector
• Manage several Scrum Teams or projects, with 15+ members
• Deliver agile and waterfall projects
• Deliver projects under models such as T&M, capacity-based, or fixed price
• Own output and quality, be the single point of contact for delivery issues
• People manager for EPAM employees, handle staffing and rotations
• Plan, manage, and monitor delivery schedule and milestones
• Coordinate communication and collaboration across stakeholders
• Report status, risks, issues, and impediments to senior management
• Guide the team in using Artificial Intelligence
