Job summary

Aviso is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead enterprise project delivery for a 12-month scope in Toronto. You will coordinate across Agile squads, ensuring roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and outcomes align with business goals.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in program management within wealth, banking or financial services, with strong leadership and regulatory experience. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• PM certification (PRINCE2/MSP/SAFe) preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant work experience; 5+ years PM experience in Wealth/Banking/Financial Services.
• Experience delivering capital markets projects and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects within the program portfolio aligned to goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria.
• Lead a high-performance team culture and provide guidance.
• Develop and manage project budgets and track expenditures.
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation plans.
• Provide executive-level program reporting.
