Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Delivery Manager to lead multi-team delivery in the financial services sector. You will oversee several Scrum teams, manage delivery plans, and ensure project success across agile and waterfall engagements on a client cadence.

The role requires 6+ years in delivery management, experience in capital markets, cloud awareness, and hands-on AI familiarity. You will act as a primary contact for delivery issues and staff management, collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, computer science or related discipline.
• 6+ years in Project Management/Delivery Management.
• Experience in Capital Markets and trade life cycle of at least one financial product.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and building teams from scratch.
• Facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and transparency are key skills.
• Confident decision maker with strong stakeholder communication.
• Basic AI knowledge and cloud experience are required.
