Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Manager, Business Services Project Management to lead delivery across multiple sectors. You will ensure accountability, drive value, and coordinate with sponsors, teams, IT partners, and external suppliers to deliver programs on time and within budget.

You will manage cross‑sector delivery in a complex environment, coach project leaders, apply best practices, and promote diversity while aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• PMI licence or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum nine years of relevant experience with five in a management role
• Experience in project/program management across cross‑sector delivery
• French language knowledge required; strong English skills expected

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for delivering your department’s projects while meeting objectives, deadlines and budgets
• Maintain a high‑level view of the projects and programs, monitor delivery, identify risks and dependencies
• Coach and manage performance of project leaders and develop talent plans
• Collaborate with sponsors, delivery teams and IT/business partners to optimize solutions and rollout
• Promote best practices, drive faster delivery, and align with strategic objectives
