Job summary

NP Aerospace is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Canada to lead complex defence projects from initiation through delivery. You will work with Canadian and UK teams, coordinating engineering, production, quality, and business development activities with minimal supervision.

Expect a fast-paced environment requiring proactive risk management and strong communication with customers and stakeholders. A formal technical background and eligibility for clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of applied project management experience.
• Strong technical proficiency with engineering qualifications.
• Autonomous handling of loosely defined problems with minimal direction.
• Experience in defence industry and military vehicle platforms.
• Eligible for Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within time, scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, risk registers and reports.
• Engage with customers and cross‑functional teams; provide status updates.
