NP Aerospace is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Canada to lead complex defence projects from initiation through delivery. You will work with Canadian and UK teams, coordinating engineering, production, quality, and business development activities with minimal supervision.

Hours: 40 hrs per week (Mon to Fri) based on-site

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 CDN (subject to experience) + Bonuses + Benefits
We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead complex defence projects involving engineering development, prototyping, and production delivery.
This role is suited to an experienced, self-directed professional who can take ownership of projects with minimal guidance and drive them from initiation through to completion. You will operate in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment where priorities shift and requirements may not always be fully defined at the outset.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including Engineering, Production, Quality, and Business Development from both our Canadian and UK offices - while also acting as a key point of contact for our Canadian Armed Forces and original equipment manufacturers.
You will be part of a small but growing Canadian team that takes pride in delivering high quality products and solutions that make a real difference to global defence forces.
