  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to transform proprietary data, analytics, and insights into products and services that deliver customer and commercial value.
  • Develop product business cases, including target customers, value propositions, use cases, competitive differentiation, revenue potential, and investment requirements.
  • Maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with customer needs, market opportunities, and company strategy.
  • Establish product success metrics and measure customer adoption, engagement, revenue contribution, retention, and other key business outcomes.

  • Ensure data products are intuitive, actionable, performant, and fit for their intended customer use cases.
  • Balance customer requirements, commercial opportunity, technical feasibility, data availability, and time‑to‑market when prioritizing product investments.
  • Define and manage product launches, releases, enhancements, and ongoing product improvements.

Data Commercialization & Monetization

  • Identify opportunities to commercialize Reimagined Parking’s data assets through new products, services, insights, APIs, reporting, analytics, and other data‑enabled offerings.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to support product positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Develop compelling product value propositions that clearly articulate the business outcomes customers can achieve.
  • Evaluate opportunities for new revenue streams and expansion within existing customer relationships.
  • Monitor product and market performance to identify opportunities for growth, product expansion, and improved customer value.
