Job summary

Syniti, part of Capgemini, is recruiting a managing data migration consultant to lead a team of lead data migration consultants and developers on cross-functional data migration projects for clients worldwide. You will gather requirements through workshops with customer resources and plan delivery with the customer PMO, ensuring in-scope conversion objects are covered.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in ETL / Data Migration / Data Quality / Data Analysis.
• Experience managing resources to deliver a collective goal.
• PMP background and/or certification; Functional ERP experience.
• Experience across multiple ERP implementations.
• Database experience - SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
• Customer-facing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data migration consultants and developers on data migration projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and customer resources to gather requirements.
• Develop and execute project plans with customer PMO; ensure delivery requirements.
• Ensure team follows Syniti Data Migration methodology and standards.
• Obtain Syniti Certification after initial training.
• Manage team to meet project plan and responsibilities.
• Communicate weekly status to Syniti leadership and customer PMO.
• Mentor junior colleagues and handle staffing, forecasting, and reporting tasks.
