Job summary

Catalis is seeking a Manager of Data Conversion & Migration Services to lead a high-impact shared services team. You will define playbooks, tooling, and standards for converting legacy data into a growing SaaS suite for state and local government customers nationwide, with an emphasis on cloud-based delivery.

The role requires deep ETL expertise, CJIS training readiness, and the ability to scale a PSO practice across multiple product lines while collaborating with Product Management,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ETL experience with SQL scripting and SSIS.
• 4+ years leading a technical PSO team within a software company.
• Proven ability to build playbooks, tools, and documentation for data conversion.
• Hands-on with SSIS, SSMS, Visual Studio; familiarity with multiple ETL/data integration platforms.
• Strong proactive communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; CJIS training/clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a shared services team of eight data conversion professionals.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering on platform tooling and estimation.
• Scale conversion practice with playbooks, data mapping standards, and templates.
• Serve as technical authority for design, build, testing, and validation of conversion jobs.
• Ensure data hygiene and validation before customer delivery.
• Adopt AI-assisted tooling to accelerate mapping script development and throughput.
