Job summary

Addmore Group is seeking an ERP Data Migration Consultant to guide the transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on data readiness, extraction, transformation, migration, and validation, with hands-on use of Syniti ADMM and ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Applied University Degree with emphasis on information systems, computer science, business systems, or a related technical discipline
• 7+ years of experience in data readiness and data migration within ERP systems, including hands-on experience across multiple business domains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve data-related issues
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and ensure high-quality data throughout migration
• Experience with ERP systems and data migration processes across domains
• Familiarity with Syniti ADMM or other ETL tools is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and environmental rules and procedures during data migration.
• Support ETL activities from legacy ERP systems to the data readiness tool.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams for data migration across domains.
• Provide hands-on support with the Syniti migration tool, including configuration and validation.
• Collaborate with partners to assess data readiness and ensure data is clean and complete.
• Work with data stewards to prepare data for migration and address gaps before migration.
• Ensure data processes are documented, tested, and aligned with migration strategy.
• Support UAT by verifying migrated data against business requirements.
