Job summary

Avanade Canada seeks a senior Data and AI leader to drive architecture, governance, and delivery across complex modernization programs. You will shape data ecosystems, guide Azure, Fabric, OneLake, and Power BI implementations, and establish reusable patterns for scalable, secure solutions.

You will work with senior client and partner teams, translate strategy into measurable outcomes, and mentor delivery teams while growing market opportunities in data and AI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across data warehousing, data engineering, data migration and modernization, data architecture, AI/ML, or related tech consulting.
• Proven credibility engaging senior business and technology executives.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary data and AI programs with governance and security focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for enterprise modernization programs.
• Define data architectures across cloud/hybrid/real-time environments and guide architectural choices.
• Lead delivery oversight, architecture governance, and risk mitigation for multiple projects.
• Develop market offerings, engage sales, and mentor high-performing teams.
