RSM in Vancouver seeks a Consulting Supervisor with deep Microsoft D365 Finance & Supply Chain experience to lead client implementations from requirements through go-live. You will manage governance, architecture, and teams across onshore and offshore resources, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of D365 F&SC experience, strong leadership, and ERP lifecycle knowledge, with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software implementation with Microsoft D365 F&S.
• Managed at least two full lifecycle D365 F&S implementations.
• Led a functional or technical lead for Finance or Supply Chain D365 F&S.
• Understanding of ERP project lifecycles and methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver client implementations and lead functional areas of implementations.
• Oversee project governance: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks.
• Architect solutions and manage implementation teams on shore and offshore.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams from requirements to go-live.
