Job summary

RSM Canada LLP is seeking a Consulting Supervisor to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations, driving project governance and team leadership from requirements to go-live. You will oversee on-shore and off-shore teams, ensure quality deliverables, and engage with clients to optimize business processes.

The role requires 5+ years in D365 F&SC implementations, strong communication, and a track record of managing multiple full lifecycle projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on D365 F&SC or similar ERP implementation experience.
• Managed at least two full lifecycle D365 F&SC implementations.
• Led Finance or Supply Chain deployments (functional/technical lead).
• Understanding of ERP project life cycles and methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client implementations on time, on budget, and to scope.
• Lead project governance: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks.
• Architect and design solution for D365 F&SC deployments.
• Direct management of on-shore and off-shore implementation teams.
• Collaborate with client, project teams, and internal support from requirements to go-live.

Our ideal candidate has a breadth of knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions, industry best practices, business processes and technology designs.

We continue to experience strong growth and are currently hiring Supervisors proficient in Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain (F&SC).

Consulting Supervisors are primarily responsible for the successful delivery of client implementations projects and leading functional areas of implementations. This includes project management, project governance (Scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks), solution architecture, and direct management of implementation teams (on shore and off shore). From requirements gathering to go-live, Consulting Supervisors work closely with the implementation team, the client, and internal RSM support teams to ensure successful implementations.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 F&SC or previous versions
• Management of at least two full lifecycle Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations or previous versions
• Demonstrated success of being a functional lead or a technical lead of either a Finance or Supply Chain D365 F&SC implementation.
• Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies
• Deep knowledge in Core Business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in Consumer Products, Retail, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, or Government Contracting implementations
• PMP, Project Management Professional, Certification
• Dynamics D365 F&SC certifications
• D365 Power Platform implementation experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
• BS/BA or Masters in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Accounting, Engineering or related field

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $93,000 - $170,100

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
