RSM US LLP is seeking a Consulting Supervisor to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations. The role focuses on delivering client projects end-to-end, with expertise in finance and supply chain processes, governance, and architecture.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with D365 F&SC and a track record of multiple full-lifecycle implementations. Onshore and offshore teams collaborate to ensure successful go-lives in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 F&SC or previous versions
• Management of at least two full-lifecycle Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations or previous versions
• Functional or technical lead on a Finance or Supply Chain D365 F&SC implementation
• Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills

Responsabilités

• Consulting Supervisors are responsible for the successful delivery of client implementations.
• Lead functional areas of implementations including project governance (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks).
• Provide solution architecture and direct management of implementation teams (onshore and offshore).
• Collaborate from requirements gathering to go-live with clients and internal teams.
