Job summary

RSM US LLP in the Greater Toronto Area seeks a Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC Manager to advance our growing practice. You will lead functional areas, govern projects, and coordinate onshore/offshore teams from requirements through go-live.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience with D365 F&SC, ERP project lifecycles, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 75% is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 F&SC.
• Management of at least four full lifecycle Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations or previous versions.
• Demonstrated success of being a functional lead or a technical lead of either a Finance or Supply Chain D365 F&SC implementation.
• Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies.
• BS/BA or Masters in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• Deep knowledge in Core Business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of client implementations and manage functional areas.
• Oversee project governance (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks) and solution architecture.
• Direct management of implementation teams (on shore and offshore) from requirements to go-live.
