Export Development Canada (EDC) seeks a Senior CX and Market Insights Manager in Canada. You will lead quantitative research initiatives, shape measurement frameworks, and deliver insights across customer experience, market trends, and strategic priorities.

The role requires deep statistical skills, survey design, and stakeholder storytelling to influence executive decisions. You will manage end-to-end studies, partner with CX, Economics, and Strategy teams, and leverage tools like Qualtrics and

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of quantitative insights experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end quantitative research programs.
• Proficiency with SPSS or similar statistical software.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Experience building and evolving measurement frameworks (NPS, Brand Health, etc).
• Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and prioritize the quantitative research agenda with CX, Economics, Strategy, and Portfolio teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex quantitative research across channels.
• Program, test, and deploy surveys using Qualtrics with QA standards.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques (regression, segmentation, factor analysis, etc.).
• Develop dashboards and reporting outputs for ongoing monitoring.
• Translate findings into decision-ready narratives for senior leadership.
