Job summary

Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a Sr. CX and Market Insights Manager to lead quantitative customer and market research initiatives, shaping strategy and measurement frameworks.

You will guide survey design, data quality, and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights for senior leaders, while partnering with cross-functional teams and driving governance across the CX insights program. You will manage end-to-end research programs, develop dashboards, and mentor colleagues in

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in quantitative customer insights or market research.
• Postsecondary degree in market research, statistics, social sciences, or related field.
• Experience designing end-to-end quantitative research including surveys.
• Advanced analysis with SPSS or similar software.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into insights for senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Qualtrics for survey programming and dashboards.
• Commitment to research rigour, ethics, and data integrity.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex quantitative studies across channels.
