Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in quantitative customer or market insights or related function.
• Experience leading end-to-end quantitative research projects.
• Strong ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Qualtrics and SPSS for survey design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shape and prioritize the quantitative research agenda with cross-functional teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex research initiatives across multiple channels.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting outputs for ongoing monitoring.
• Translate findings into clear, decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Provide methodological direction to external research suppliers and ensure quality.
