Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in an industrial system.
• Experience in data analysis, performance management, or process improvement (VSM).
• Proficient in Power BI, Skywise, and Python.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, cloud analytics, and process automation.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to simplify complex data concepts for leadership.
• Experience in defining performance measurement frameworks and complex analytical structures.

Responsibilities

• Collect performance data from diverse sources to distinguish value-added vs non-value-added tasks and ensure data quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain databases and dashboards (Power BI, Skywise) to track CVAT trends and bottlenecks.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to the ratio of value-added time to total cycle time.
• Analyze performance using Skywise, Power BI, and Python to identify root causes of CVAT gaps.
• Prepare and present clear reports with actionable recommendations to increase value-added share.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Finance to optimize performance and support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to forecasting models and scenario analyses to anticipate the impact of process changes on CVAT.
