Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in Mirabel, Quebec seeks a Project Manager and Predictive Maintenance expert to lead fleet performance initiatives for the A220 program.

You will manage predictive models, drive cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, and develop new maintenance algorithms while supporting customers and traveling as required. This role demands strong judgment, excellent communication, and a passion for aircraft reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or AME license or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum five years in customer support or airline operations.
• Solid knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems.
• Experience with reliability analysis or health monitoring.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define potential opportunities for predictive maintenance to address in-service issues.
• Create or modify HMU reports for flight data gathering.
• Work on IT data platform and time-series data to identify predictive maintenance patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering to create new predictive maintenance algorithms.
• Validate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
• Document and create user guides for the active algorithm.
