Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance.
• Certifications CCS or CTCS, or equivalent professional status.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle complex shipments and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication with clients, government agencies, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Customs certifications or related qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage customs documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on customs requirements, tariff classifications, and trade programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless import/export operations.
• Monitor and stay up-to-date on changes in customs laws and international trade policies.
• Mentor junior analysts, sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.
• Foster strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for complex customs matters.
