Join our Technical Sales team as our next Customer Solutions Architect (CSA). In this role, you will connect our customers with industry-leading technology solutions, creating opportunities and solving business challenges in the Commercial Mid-Market segment. This role will be based out of Alberta, and all applicants must reside in Alberta to be considered.
We offer a flexible workstyle, including work-from-home options and customer visits, to help you balance your professional and personal life. As a CSA, you will be crucial in pre-sales architecture and creating comprehensive technology roadmaps. By providing thought leadership and leveraging TELUS' wide range of technology solutions, you will enable our customers to prioritize initiatives and achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborating closely with our Sales department, you will develop and cultivate relationships at all levels within our customers' organizations, articulating complex ideas and concepts. As a trusted advisor, you will enhance customer satisfaction by presenting a holistic view of how technology can support and enable strategic initiatives. Your business acumen and critical thinking skills will be vital in driving success for both our customers and TELUS.
