Job summary

Banque Nationale du Canada in Quebec City seeks a Senior Customer Service Representative on the Épargne Placements Québec team. You will answer client questions about savings products and our website while promoting digital self-sufficiency and providing a positive phone experience.

You will take calls, assist clients with savings products (RRSPs, TFSAs, RRIPs), promote EPQ offerings, and encourage website use.

As a Senior Customer Service Representative on our Épargne Placements Québec team in Quebec City, you will answer questions from clients about savings products and our website while promoting clients' digital self-sufficiency. You will use your active listening skills to provide our clients with a positive experience over the phone.

Your role
  • Take calls from clients
  • Assist clients with their savings products and services (such as savings accounts, RRSPs, TFSAs or RRIPs)
  • Promote Epargne placement Quebec (EPQ) products
  • Encourage the use of the EPQ website
  • Manage a high volume of calls during peak periods

The call centre is open Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. We offer a full-time work schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Our offices are located a few minutes away from the Place D’Youville terminal.
