Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver high-level customer service to internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face at our branch. You will support rental needs, perform administrative tasks, and serve as a rental back-up in a busy city branch or airport location.

Competenze

• Must have 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Mansioni

• Take incoming calls: reservations, rate quotes, general questions and information for customers and partners.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-ups as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone to meet rental needs.
• Greet customers promptly and offer directions or assistance as needed.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit transactions with accuracy.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections to customers.
• Assist with billing tasks, accounts receivable and basic reporting as needed.
