Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at our Cold Lake, AB location. The role focuses on high-level customer service, assisting both internal and external customers, and supporting branch and rental needs.

It requires strong in-person service and is tied to a Monday–Friday schedule with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour. The position includes benefits such as PTO, employee discounts, retirement plan, extended health benefits, life insurance, and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, questions and provide information and resolution for customers and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return; process returns and check-ins.
