Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing Team in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary.

At Clio, we LOVE our customers. As the world’s most popular cloud-based legal software, our success depends on the law firms we support. The Customer Marketing function helps our customers succeed by fostering product adoption, engagement, and advocacy.

Who you are:

You are a strategic Senior Customer Marketing Manager with a proven ability to build customer relationships, foster engagement, and amplify customer voices. You are data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.

You will:
  • Drive and streamline customer reference programs to support sales and generate new business.
  • Lead and refine referral programs to increase participation and conversions.
  • Develop Clio’s user group program to promote peer networking and knowledge sharing.
  • Encourage customers to share their stories via reviews, referrals, and speaking engagements.
  • Gather and develop customer stories across various formats like case studies and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align advocacy efforts.
  • Use insights to personalize experiences and maximize program impact.
  • Analyze program performance and recommend improvements.
  • Report on key metrics such as participation, referral rates, and advocacy impact.
What you have:
  • 5+ years in B2B software marketing, demand generation, or customer marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and content creation ability.
  • Success in driving pipeline growth and revenue through campaigns.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Ambassador, Sendoso, Pendo, and marketing automation.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.

The full salary range for this role is $99,900 to $135,100 CAD, depending on experience and location.
