Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Architect based in Canada to translate complex commercial challenges into scalable analytics solutions. You will lead CRM Analytics initiatives, combining business process knowledge, data architecture, and advanced reporting to drive performance across a global organization.

This fully remote role offers significant technical ownership and opportunities to mentor developers and analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field and 8+ years delivering enterprise BI/analytics solutions.
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, data modeling, dashboards, and analytics delivery across functions
• Proficiency in Power BI, data integration from Salesforce/Oracle/ERP/CRM systems
• Experience mentoring developers and analysts in analytics delivery and best practices
• Excellent communication to present technical concepts to business and IT audiences
• Knowledge of Python/Pandas for data analysis and automation is a plus
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms (Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric) and version control (Git) is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics solutions.
• Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics initiatives including architecture, design, and governance.
• Mentor developers and analysts on CRM Analytics, Power BI, and data modeling.
• Connect data across Salesforce, Oracle, ERP, and other platforms to enable insights.
• Establish development standards and architectural guidance across analytics teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive opportunities to improve processes and analytics capabilities and adopt emerging technologies.
