Role Overview:

As a Senior Analyst within our Risk Management and Modeling team, you will report directly to the Director of Risk Management, Modeling, and Collections. In this multifaceted role, you will contribute to various aspects of risk management. Some key responsibilities include:

• Work with the Risk Management team and main stakeholders to identify key drivers of portfolio composition, performance, and unit economics.
• Perform stress testing and loss forecasting, evaluating exogenous impacts and strategy effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain actionable reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and implement risk strategies (approve/decline decision and offer assignment), machine learning models for origination, portfolio management, and collections, enhancing credit strategy optimization and customer risk segmentation.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• 2-5 years in a credit risk role within the financial services industry (banking or fintech).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Statistics, Economics, or other business-related fields.
• Strong technical knowledge of statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and their application in a credit risk environment.
• Proficient with various data analysis and business intelligence tools (such as Microsoft Excel, Python, Snowflake, and Sigma).
• Possesses strong critical thinking skills and a bias for action, with the ability to leverage data in decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and clearly explain them to others.
• Approaches challenges with a positive, energetic, and can-do attitude.
