Role Overview :

As a Senior Analyst in our Risk Management and Modeling team, reporting to the Director of Risk Management, you will :

• Identify key drivers of portfolio performance with stakeholders.
• Perform stress testing and loss forecasting.
• Create reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Develop risk strategies and machine learning models for origination, portfolio management, and collections to optimize credit strategies and customer segmentation.

Qualifications :

• 2-5 years in credit risk within banking or fintech.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong skills in statistical analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, Snowflake, Sigma).
• Critical thinking, data-driven decision-making, quick learner, positive attitude.
