Job summary

MWD Creative is seeking a driven 3D Designer to craft immersive brand environments. You will translate concepts into visually compelling spaces, blending design and fabrication know-how to deliver on-site experiences that wow audiences.

Ideal candidates have strong portfolios in luxury, fashion, or premium brands, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio in Toronto. This role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and a hands-on approach to production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of post-college experience in experiential design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing high-impact environment designs while respecting brand standards.
• Agency or production company background preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and 3D modelling/rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning, brand-aligned experiential spaces from ideation to 3D elements.
• Develop assets (renderings, drawings, schematics, models, floorplans) for events.
• Collaborate with teams to visualize concepts and secure approvals.
• Ensure materials meet brand standards, budgets, and technical feasibility.
• Oversee on-site installations, site surveys and fabrication coordination.
• Source vendors and manage print/production partners as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and push design boundaries.
