Job summary

Qualifications

• Jurisprudence in commodities and finance law with focus on contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment for capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice and instruct external counsel.
• Draft and negotiate commodities documentation including OTC derivatives confirmations and related agreements.
• Advise on strategy to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, trading, tax, corporate banking and risk teams.
• Manage complex, confidential matters and provide executive guidance.
