Job summary
Trans Mountain Corporation invites a Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial and Supply Chain Management, to Calgary head office. You will provide strategic, risk-based advice on commercial, procurement and supply chain matters while leading transaction structuring and governance.

Qualifications
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Active member in good standing of the Law Society of Alberta, or eligible for membership.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible legal experience in commercial law, complex contracting, and related fields.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on commercial, procurement, and supply chain matters.
- Lead structuring, drafting, review, and negotiation of various agreements.
- Develop negotiation strategies and advise senior leaders on risk and terms.
- Identify and mitigate legal, contractual, and reputational risks for TM’s interests.
