Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to act as a senior legal advisor on AI, product development, and regulatory matters. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy to align legal risk with business goals and drive compliant innovation.

The role requires deep knowledge of AI regulation, technology transactions, and licensing, with a focus on practical, scalable legal solutions for enterprise customers and partners. JD with US bar is required.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with AI, data, and technology issues.
Experience with software development and licensing.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
Provide strategic legal advice on commercial, operational and strategic issues.
Advise on vendor/customer agreements and related materials.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partner and Strategy teams.
Identify process improvements in contracting and product documentation.
