Job summary

Raise is seeking a Project Controls / Cost Control Lead for our client’s East Coast projects based in St. John’s, NL. The role focuses on cost control, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting to support project execution across the lifecycle.

The successful candidate brings strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record in offshore cost reporting. Offshore drilling experience is highly valued, with an incorporated contractor pay model or T4 arrangement possible.

Qualifications

• Approximately 15 years of experience in Project Controls with a strong background in cost reporting.
• Experience supporting offshore campaigns and cost control in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls discipline and drive timely, accurate cost management across the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with project leadership, contractors, and stakeholders with clear reporting.
• Develop cost forecasts, perform variance analyses, and produce cost reports for leadership.
• Support change management, PCNs, and governance adherence.
• Produce daily project status and cost progress updates during execution.
