Qualifications

• Approximately eight years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
• Strong experience with shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements.
• Excellent academic and professional record; rigor, autonomy and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a stimulating and demanding professional environment; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements and various commercial agreements
• Participate in corporate reorganizations
• Lead or play an active role in mergers, acquisitions, and other commercial transactions
• Collaborate with team members on complex and challenging matters
• Maintain high standards of quality and client service
