Qualifications
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions and as a partner in a renowned law firm.
- Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent management of priorities.
- An entrepreneurial attitude fostering autonomy and the development of your practice.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Member of the Quebec Bar.
Responsibilities
- Developing and serving an existing client base.
- Advise clients on complex real estate transactions.
- Accompany clients in real estate transactions.
- Act as an advisor in real estate financing transactions.
- Negotiate and draft commercial agreements.
- Negotiate and set up sales and purchase contracts, development agreements, commercial leases and real estate financing.
- Advising businesses on both a local and international scale.
