The Senior Manager, Contracts & Vendor Management leads the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of contract and vendor management practices across a multi-vendor environment. This role is accountable for driving team performance, strengthening vendor relationships, and ensuring contracts are executed with consistency, quality, and commercial discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contracts or vendor management teams.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive accountability.
• Background in telecom, infrastructure, or related industries is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Contracts Managers.
• Oversee vendor relationships and drive accountability.
• Provide contract execution oversight and risk management.
• Identify workflow improvements and standardize templates.
• Escalate complex issues and partner with Legal on review.
