The Manager, Fixed Wireless New Technology & Performance leads the team responsible for optimizing network performance, validating new technology, and ensuring smooth integration before automated deployment. They own RF and cluster optimization, spectral efficiency, feature readiness, and performance analytics, reporting to the Senior Manager, Fixed Wireless Performance & DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 7+ years in wireless network engineering, RF optimization, or performance management.
• Experience leading technical teams and influencing cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• New Technology Introduction (NTI) & feature readiness for Fixed Wireless.
• Lead introduction of new features/technologies (RRUs, BBUs, antennas, backhaul).
• Define acceptance criteria, test plans, and validation methodology for new tech.
• Partner with engineering/vendors to evaluate capabilities and impact before DevOps rollout.
• Own software release governance from a performance perspective for RAN/backhaul platforms.
• Oversee cluster-level RF optimization and spectral efficiency improvements.
• Define Golden Configuration standards and audit for performance compliance.
• Lead advanced performance analytics and translate data into optimization actions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, planning, assurance, and customer installation teams.
