Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in contracts management, vendor management, or similar functions.
• Strong ability to influence, coach, and drive behavioural change across groups.
• Background in telecom, infrastructure, or related industries is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Contracts Managers with accountability for performance.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure professional and collaborative engagement.
• Provide oversight on contract execution, compliance, and risk management with Legal.
• Identify and implement process improvements to templates, workflows, and tools.
