Qualifications

• Proven experience leading contracts and vendor management teams.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and performance-management skills.
• Background in telecom, infrastructure, or related industries is an asset.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Contracts Managers, driving accountability and high performance.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure effective, professional engagement and accountability.
• Provide oversight on contract execution, compliance, and risk management with Legal collaboration.
• Identify and implement process improvements to workflows, tools, and documentation.
