Xplore Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts & Vendor Management to lead execution, governance, and continuous improvement across a multi-vendor telecom environment.

You will drive team performance, strengthen vendor relationships, and ensure contracts are executed with consistency and commercial discipline. This hands-on leader will balance people management with operational oversight, elevate partner engagement, and ensure documentation quality.

• Provide oversight on contract execution, compliance, and risk management; partner with Legal on reviews.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows, tools, and team efficiency; standardize templates and documentation.
• Act as an escalation point for complex contract or vendor issues.

The Senior Manager, Contracts & Vendor Management leads the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of contract and vendor management practices across a multi-vendor environment. This role is accountable for driving team performance, strengthening vendor relationships, and ensuring contracts are executed with consistency, quality, and commercial discipline.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape contract and vendor strategy within a rapidly scaling national telecom organization, directly influencing how critical infrastructure gets built and delivered. Leading a team of Contracts Managers, this role balances people leadership with operational oversight, elevating team capability, improving vendor engagement, and ensuring the organization is viewed as a professional and reliable partner.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who brings structure, clarity, and a focus on execution. This individual is proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by improving both team effectiveness and external partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include

Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Contracts Managers, driving accountability and high performance
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and development
• Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and solution-oriented execution

Vendor Management

• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure effective, professional, and collaborative engagement
• Address vendor performance issues and drive accountability where required
• Ensure consistency and quality in all vendor-facing interactions
• Strengthen the organization’s reputation as a preferred partner

Contract Oversight & Governance

• Provide oversight on contract execution, compliance, and risk management
• Partner with internal stakeholders (including Legal) on contract review and issue resolution
• Support negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all contract documentation

Process Improvement & Operations

• Identify and implement improvements to workflows, tools, and team efficiency
• Standardize templates, processes, and documentation
• Ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and deliverables across the team
• Act as an escalation point for complex contract or vendor issues

• Improved team performance, accountability, and engagement
