Job summary

Foundation Marketing is seeking an experienced contract professional to own full-cycle contract management. You will draft, negotiate, and review client and vendor agreements, manage change orders, and coordinate with counsel when needed in a fully remote role across the US and Canada.

You will also build and harmonize contract templates, govern intake and storage, and help develop an AI-assisted knowledge tool to empower teams while protecting the company’s risk profile.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in contract management or related roles.
• Experience drafting MSAs, SOWs, vendor and change orders.
• Fluency in US and Canadian contract law fundamentals (indemnification, liability, IP).
• Remote work experience across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate client MSAs/SOWs and manage redline process.
• Draft and negotiate vendor and employment contracts.
• Own contract intake, storage, and lifecycle management across systems.
• Escalate to counsel when needed and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Ensure contract terms cover indemnification, liability limits, and data privacy basics.
• Audit active contracts for compliance with templates and policies.
