Job summary

Metrolinx, based in Toronto, seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead planning, management and administration of complex contracts for GO Expansion and related transit projects. This on-site role supports procurement, legal and project teams to ensure compliant delivery and accountability.

You will oversee contract records, payment processes, and KPI reporting, while liaising with multiple departments and external agencies to improve procedures and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction/Contract/Commercial Law or equivalent.
• Experience in contract management for large multi‑billion-dollar transit contracts.
• Knowledge of P3 Project Agreements, variation procedures and multi-stakeholder contracts.
• P.Eng or LL.B./JD is an asset.
• Experience with contract management systems such as Oracle Unifier is an asset.
• Strong ability to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret and analyze contract requirements to ensure compliant contracting strategy.
• Interpret documents and review vendor submissions to resolve inconsistencies and ensure terms.
